Management of Pet Waste stations and recommendation to train the pet owners through a process about their responsibility of picking up after their pets. The urine smell and dog poop on side walks are becoming a pandemic in our city and a very unpleasant experience for visitors and residents in pockets of the city where there are more pets than residents.
