2.Q. CONTRACT AMENDMENTS FOR THE FACILITIES AND FIELD SERVICES DIVISION [S. CAMPBELL, H. COLLINS]: SUBJECT: The Council will consider approving amendments to current Agreements by increasing the not-to-exceed amounts for providing additional services to ensure a seamless continuation of services. RECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Approve extending the terms and revising the contract values as follows: a. Increase the not-to-exceed amounts of the Agreements listed in Attachment A, with a total increase of $275,000 in contracted value for on-call services relative to the Aquatic and Recreation Center and emergency services; and 2) Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute documents incident to the amendments to the Agreements.
