LANGER]: SUBJECT: The City Council will consider approving amendments to the by-laws for the City's Commissions, Advisory Boards, and the Social Justice Task Force regarding the election of the Chair and Vice Chair, eligibility requirements for the nomination of the Chair, updated Rules of Decorum, and language for ways the Presiding Officer can effectively manage meetings.
