2.V. WEST HOLLYWOOD GUARANTEED INCOME PILOT PROJECT: UPDATE ON DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION [C. SCHROEDER, C. PLANCK, D. KAHN-EPSTEIN]: SUBJECT: The City Council will consider approving agreements for services for the research/evaluation partner and the non-profit administrative partner for the West Hollywood Guaranteed Income pilot program. Additionally, the Council will consider authorizing the allocation of Westside Cities Council of Governments (COG) funds as revenue and then as an expenditure to the non-profit partner for participant distribution funds, adopting a resolution to approve service agreements and acknowledge the public purpose of the pilot, and will receive an update on the pilot's progress towards launch.
