RIVAS]: SUBJECT: The City Council will consider an ordinance amending the West Hollywood Municipal Code related to noise from loud parties or gatherings; amending Chapter 1.08 in Title 1 by adding violations to the list of municipal code chapters and sections that are subject to administrative penalty procedures; and amending the Master Fee Resolution to make adjustments to Title 15 (Environmental Protection, Pollution and Solid Waste) violations and adding Chapter 5.130 (Minimum Wage) and Section 9.08.050.j (Loud Parties or Gatherings) to the Administrative Citation Fee Schedule.
