2.G. AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES WITH BLACK AND VEATCH CORPORATION FOR DEVELOPMENT OF A CITYWIDE COMMERCIAL ON-STREET ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING SITING ANALYSIS [J. SCHARE, F. CONTRERAS, K. KIGONGO]: SUBJECT: The City Council will consider amending the on-call Agreement for Services with Black and Veatch Corporation to modify the scope, extend the time of performance, and increase the not-to-exceed amount of the Agreement to develop a commercial on-street electric vehicle charging siting analysis and related services. RECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Approve Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement for Services with Black and Veatch Corporation to modify the scope, extend the time of performance, and increase the amount of the Agreement by $190,000 for a total not-to-exceed amount of $265,000; and 2) Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute documents incident to the Agreement.
