DUCKWORTH]: SUBJECT: The City Council will consider recognizing the month of March as Red Cross Month to honor and celebrate the American Red Cross and its commitment to providing humanitarian relief for people around the world. The City's recognition of March as Red Cross Month will also include lighting City Hall in red and encouraging community members to participate by volunteering, giving blood, learning lifesaving skills, or other contributions.
