Please consider making Larrabee a " No Through Traffic" street due to its location with many bars, hotels and cannabis stores surrounding this street which is near the major arteries, adjacent to Sunset, Santa Monica, and San Vicente, where reckless drivers are using our residential street as an alternative as they speed up and down the hill and putting residents and pedestrians at risk of injury or fatality.
