    We need to be active in region-wide transit planning and programs. CicLAvia is a great program for getting people out of their cars and into the streets. The two biggest events in WeHo (Pride and Halloween) are the basic template of what CicLAVia does - adding more days to the calendar where we have car free days on our major thoroughfares has the potential to benefit the city economically and socially the same way our other high profile parade days do.
