MAGENER]: SUBJECT: The City Council will conduct a public hearing to consider adopting increases to the rates for collection and handling of trash, recycling, and organic waste services within the City. RECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Hold the public hearing on whether to adopt increases to the rates for collection and handling of trash, recycling, and organic waste services within the City; and 2) If no majority protest is filed, adopt Resolution No. 22-___________ “A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST HOLLYWOOD APPROVING RATES FOR SOLID WASTE COLLECTION SERVICES”.
