The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider a request to demolish a single-family dwelling and a rear four-unit residential building at 948-950 N. San Vicente Boulevard, and an eight-unit residential building at 954 N. San Vicente Boulevard, merge both lots, and construct a five-story, 24-unit multi-family residential building for the properties located at 948-954 N. San Vicente Boulevard, West Hollywood, California.
