    After reviewing the Draft Ordinance that regulates ADUs and JADUs it becomes clear that in 16 days or less if chaptered and codified as is with the staff recommendations the ordinance will be out of line with 2023 state legislation.

    While we applaud the efforts taken to prepare a draft ordinance it would be a shame if the ordinance would have a potential 2 months or less life span before it is already voided by new state law.
