I am opposed to this plan to demolish the current structure at 1317. N. Crescent Heights. Why is not considered a cultural landmark? I am completely opposed to building a condo here. The temple and school brings warmth and culture to our area. I live within 500 feet of the existing structure. I am concerned about construction dust, noise, and losing sunlight in my home. It will completely overshadow the smaller historic apartment buildings in the area by the massive scale of it.

The plan must address the historic character of the property and provide for an alternative gathering space for the ocmmunity using it. I have attached a copy of theh history, cultural and social significance of the property at 1317 N Crescent Heights Blvd.
