    My name is Binnur Karaevli and I reside on 8562 West Knoll Dr. I have questions with regards to this development: On what date the newly expanded Project plans and Materials were submitted? Why has there been no public record of this submission and what has been submitted? How can the city allow the bonus-laden "sloping method" when they denied it to others? Can the lobby on West Knoll Dr service all 120+ Units? Why is there no carriage lane added to ease congestion on West Knoll?
