    Everyone on the West Hollywood Planning Commission and City Council should go to prison for gross negligence and public endangerment for approving this atrocious billboard. It will absolutely be a nuisance and distraction to drivers and pedestrians alike in an already confusing and dangerous intersection (which is rated 'F'). And you want it to be bigger than originally designed!! Stupidity and greed is a lethal combination for public safety. What's the "public benefit" of this billboard???
