GUARINO]: SUBJECT: The City Council will consider waiving the planning fees to amend the required permit to reduce commercial parking requirements for businesses participating in the parking credits programs to reflect the reduced number of parking credits needed, and extending the waived late fees for unpaid accounts in the program through the end of the current fiscal year.
