3.A. AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING BY REFERENCE TITLE 32 - FIRE CODE - OF THE LOS ANGELES COUNTY CODE, INCORPORATING THE CALIFORNIA FIRE CODE, 2022 EDITION [J. KEHO, B. GALAN]: SUBJECT: The City Council will consider approving an Ordinance amending Chapters 14.04 (Fire Code Adoption) and 14.08 (High-Rise Building Requirements) of Title 14 of the West Hollywood Municipal Code. The proposed Ordinance is not subject to the California Environmental Quality Act ("CEQA") pursuant to Section 15061(b)(3) of the State CEQA Guidelines, which provides that a project is exempt from CEQA if the activity is covered by the commonsense exemption that CEQA applies only to projects which have the potential for causing a significant effect on the environment.
