HOLUB]: SUBJECT: The City Council will consider an ordinance amending Title 17 (Rent Stabilization Ordinance) of the West Hollywood Municipal Code relating to onsite manager and posting requirements, a prohibition against dog breed restrictions, penalties for failure to register, reusable tenant screening reports, the definition of principal residence, and protection against loss of parking as a housing service.
