MORALES]: SUBJECT: The City Council will consider making direct appointments to City Commissions and Advisory Boards as well as at-large appointments to some of the Commissions. SUBJECT: The City Council will consider adopting a resolution updating and clarifying the expense reimbursement policy applicable to elected and appointed officials of the City (most recently updated by the City Council as Resolution 15-4766) in compliance with Government Code Sections 53232. 2 and 53232. 3, to reflect subsequent changes in the City's fiscal policies.
