Having lived in NY (which has an outright ban) in addition to WeHo (with and without a car in both), it's clear to me that no right turn allowed is the better policy (and there is substantial data to support this). I oppose this because it a selective locations study not one for a total ban. Easier to change behavior via an outright ban at all intersections, and less cost to the city to do the assessment.

Send back to drawing board for compliance and enforcement study. As is, it sets us up and those who might enforce it for failure. Motorists accelerate at stop signs and red lights. I have not seen a motorcycle cop in a long minute. Give us ten sherif deputies back. Mount some on horses. Get real about motorists' contempt for pedestrians and traffic regulations. Stop the slaughter with a real effort and not this lip service.
