MITCHELL]: SUBJECT: The City Council will receive an update on the Melrose Gathering Place: Weaver's Walk project and consider amending the agreement for landscape architecture services with Pamela Burton & Company to modify the scope of services to include construction administration and to increase the not-to-exceed amount, and amend and extend the agreement for design, fabrication and installation services with Karon Davis Studio LLC, the project's artist.
