GILMOUR]: SUBJECT: The City Council will consider approval of a construction agreement with PALP Inc. dba Excel Paving Company to construct CIP No. 2303, Santa Monica Blvd. between Crescent Heights Blvd. and La Cienega Blvd. Pavement Repair Program and amending the agreement for services with Michael Baker International to increase the not-to-exceed amount and extend the agreement.
