B. Subcommittee Management. SUBJECT: This time has been set aside for commissioners serving on standing subcommittees to report any scheduled absences or conflicts of interest that would prevent them from being present at an upcoming subcommittee meeting. If more than two subcommittee members cannot be present at a meeting, the Chair may reschedule the time or date of the meeting or change the composition of the subcommittee to ensure a quorum can be present.

17. PUBLIC COMMENT: This time has been set aside for members of the public who were unable to address the Commission during the twenty-minute public comment period provided in Agenda Item No. 6. The same rules set forth under Agenda Item No. 6 apply.
