ALKIRE]: SUBJECT: The City Council will consider a Zone Text Amendment to revise existing and to introduce new driveway and parking standards in the City's Municipal Code - Title 19 - Zoning Ordinance for new projects. The proposed Zone Text Amendment is exempt pursuant to the California Environment Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines Section 15061(b)(3).
