Can the in-roadway warning lights have someone look at adding a feature that pedestrians can see a flashing light indicating the light are operable? As someone whom frequently uses these crosswalks there is no indication they have been activated during the day and still must step out into the street with uncertainty. I don't understand why their is not a care to letting the pedestrian cross or any indication of sound for those with disabilities added.
