ADOMAITIS]: SUBJECT: The City Council will receive an update on the Dockless Micro-mobility Pilot Program, including survey results from the randomized resident phone and online community surveys. The City Council will also consider a Draft Program Operating Agreement with Dockless Micro-mobility Program operators.

    I strongly urge the Council to Terminate the scooter program and remove them permanently from the city's sidewalks. They are a dangerous menace to pedestrians and blight our neighborhood when abandoned willy nilly in front of residences. Thank you. --Steve Weinstein, resident of Weho 90046

    Recognizing that e-bike users have nowhere to ride is a failure on West Hollywood officials for not creating dedicated bike lanes so e-bike users can ride them without the fear of getting ran over by a car. I think creating a new mobility plan that includes mobility for bicyclists and e-bike users will help longer term.
