2.I. REQUEST TO ENTER INTO A MILLS ACT CONTRACT FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1017 HANCOCK AVENUE [N. MARICICH, J. ALKIRE, A. CASTILLO, R. RATH]: SUBJECT: The applicant is requesting approval of a Mills Act Contract to rehabilitate the property that is a designated Cultural Resource of the City of West Hollywood located at 1017 Hancock Avenue. This action is categorically exempt from further environmental review pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15331 for the rehabilitation of historical resources in a manner consistent with the Secretary of the Interior's Standard.
