GARLAND]: SUBJECT: The City Council will consider providing direction to staff to incorporate an all-way pedestrian phase at the intersection of Santa Monica Boulevard and San Vicente Boulevard to operate on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights.

    This is a start but does not go far enough. What about a buffer so cars have to stop before making a right turn? Pedestrians on the corner don't feel protected. Pushing the "walk" signal is almost near the curb too close to cars. With my stroller I don't feel safe.
