My prediction for this project is that the city will end up footing the cast majority of this project's total estimated budget, probably $16 million but quite frankly more. If the project manager thinks they can obtain that much in grants, they should have identified double the amount of grant funding based on the large possibility that all the grants won't be awarded to the City. Furthermore, this project doesn't provide much shade, which was the original intent of the project.
