LANGER]: SUBJECT: The City Council will consider authorizing City Manager, David Wilson, on behalf of the City of West Hollywood ("City"), to enter into a First Amendment to the City's existing Agreement for Payment for Legal Services entered into between the City and Antoni Albus, LLP ("Agreement"), pertaining to payment for the legal representation of City consultant David Ehrlich. The amendment proposes to increase the "not to exceed" amount of the Agreement from $75,000 to $175,000. All other terms of the Agreement remain unchanged by the proposed amendment. - City of West Hollywood
