HAMANT]: SUBJECT: The City Council will consider adopting the attached resolution, which will authorize the City Manager or designee to apply for and execute all necessary documents incident to the usage of Measure A funds, such as payment requests, contracts, and amendments, to secure the grant funds and to implement and carry out the purposes specified in the grant application.
