This plan is a Win/Win/Win for cyclists, pedestrians and local automobile commuters. Local automobiles being the key phrase. This is about enhancing livability by making a "bike route" a bike route. Please support this awesome plan.

I participated in one of the feedback sessions. Staff did an excellent job engaging community feedback and professionally assessing the issues. I would support their recommendations, though my personal preference is Design Option 1A for the Vista segment. We need to stop making travel time for pass through traffic a priority and instead give consideration to residents and people who are statistically at higher risk (pedestrians and cyclists).
