    Projects #14 & #15 result from the "Builder's Remedy" loophole that nobody in the planning world seemed to know about. The table says the projects are "deemed complete." How so exactly? The projects just provide the minimum 20% affordable housing units within a mixed use 19-story on Beverly & a mixed-use 26-story tower on SMB. With the ongoing housing crisis & as our Council, you should demand more affordable units. And perhaps even pursue some legal action. Let's discuss/not just consent.
