    It's fascinating that the current State Senate has 32 Dems and only 8 Reps (80% Dem majority) & the State Assembly has 62 Dems and only 18 Reps (78% Dem majority). Yet liberal issues such as renters' rights have had a hard time getting traction over the years. Are a lot of these Dems really just DINOs who can't help renters because the real estate industry supports their elections? Thanks go to the AIDS Healthcare Foundation for championing this ballot initiative and for WeHo supporting it.
