FENN, P. PORTWOOD]: SUBJECT: The City Council will receive an update on the Northern Extension of the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (Metro) K Line (formerly known as the Crenshaw/LAX Line) and consider approving Amendment No. 8 to the Agreement for Services with The Robert Group. The update includes Metro's Outreach Summary Report, City-led community outreach, Rail Integration and Funding studies, related state legislative pursuits, and critical upcoming project milestones.
