BIERY]: SUBJECT: The City Council will consider adopting a resolution extending the date by which temporary outdoor dining areas on private property shall convert to permitted permanent outdoor dining or removed permanently.

    It's not clear if this includes sidewalk outzones (La Boheme's parking lot does not feel like it should be classified as an outzone). Any parking lot conversion are fine. But if we are including sidewalks, there are still issues. I support sidewalk outzones as well, but only if the public right of way is more than 'ADA minimum' (the south side of SMB from San Vincente to Robertson, for instance, still needs to be addressed).
