    SUPPORT the appeal please by DENYING the staff's current bizarre recommendation. Council should overturn the faulty & rather emotional 5/2 BLC decision negating staff's original thoughtful recommendation to revoke the license because of failure to pay required business taxes & failure to get clearance for a new management agreement. I agree with the 2 BLC commissioners who said "Being pro-business means being pro-compliance," & "We owe it to compliant businesses to enforce the law."
