KUSTANOVICH]<br>SUBJECT: The City Council will consider adopting a General Plan Amendment replacing Appendix A with the updated 2024 Local Hazard Mitigation Plan ("LHMP") in the Safety and Noise Element of the West Hollywood General Plan 2035. The City Council finds that adopting this General Plan Amendment is not a project subject to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).
