This is a tax grab for a fraudulent ideology. 1) "Plant-based" foods are far more harmful for the planet and humans than our normal diets as various cultures have been for millennia. 2) It is absolutely an abuse of equal treatment under the law, effectively penalizing normal businesses/restaurants. 3) The City has far more and greater and more urgent and immediate problems than something that might happen over a century. The city must deal with real crises: fentanyl, vagrancy, and criminality.
