    I have spoken personally to over 20 small business owners in my neighborhood. Outstanding was their vulnerability to being violated by criminals. An element missing from this worship agenda is how to operate a small business safely in this city. Many seemed clueless. Some closed their doors after being broken into and robbed. Some placed rolling metal doors over frontage. These fledgling owners should know in advance what it means to open here. Give them a crime map. Give them a fair shake.
