MOLINA]:<br>SUBJECT: The City Council will consider approving Amendments to the Agreements for Lobbying and Advocacy Services with the lobbying firms of Shaw, Yoder, Antwih, Schmelzer & Lange (state affairs) and with the Washington, DC-based firm Thorn Run Partners (federal affairs). The Amendments include a 24-month extension, which was previously stipulated in the existing agreements, as well as an increase to the not-to-exceed amount of the Agreement.
