I was playing live ball and got frustrated by my play. I stopped, walked off the court and sat on a bench nearby. The head coach came over and sat with me— he was more concerned about how I was feeling and doing than anything else. His show of compassion and caring about me never left me. That’s one of the many reasons I support Tennacity. The others are family environment, social, instruction, tournaments and play for every level. I’m a WeHo homeowner and resident.
    I love Tennacity.

Tennacity has given my family a sense of belonging. I had quit tennis for 20+ years but through liveball, I have found my love of the game again. I have met some of my closest friends through liveball here. The supportive and encouraging Tennacity coaches have also allowed my kids to thrive in their lessons. The staff is always welcoming and the courts are well maintained. If Tennacity were to leave then it would be detrimental to the WeHo community and the connections that we’ve made.

Tennacity at Plummer Park has been an essential part of my social life, offering a unique space to build connections and enjoy the sport I love. The loss of Tennacity and its tennis courts would be a tremendous setback for the neighborhood and the community as a whole.

I’ve lived all over the country and I’ve never seen anything like tenacity. Tennis can be elitist and pickleball is at its best with programming and community. Tenacity provides access, programming, community, acceptance and fun! This is the type of program we need to see all over the country. I always feel excited and at home when I’m with the Tennacity community.

I started playing tennis just as Tennacity took over the facilities at Plummer Park. I’ve seen them grow because of the flexible programming they offer for all levels, and seen many players improve thanks to their guidance. Other facilities in the city can feel elitist and exclusionary, but the staff at Tennacity, like tennis director Fabiano Caputo, create a welcoming environment and generously support every player. They are a valuable asset to the neighborhood and deserve full support.

Having grown up in the community, Tennacity has built a wonderful tennis and pickleball family. There is no other place in the community and or city where you can just show up and not run into anyone to play with either on the pickle ball or tennis courts. Tennacity has built a wonderful network and community that cannot be found anywhere else and that is why we need them to continue running operations, as they have supported our community and in return, we must support them!

Tennacity reignited my passion for tennis and connected me to a community I didn’t know I needed. It’s more than a tennis program—it’s a space for growth, connection, and purpose. Through Tennacity, I’ve made new friendships, rediscovered my love for the game, and witnessed its transformative impact on people. This program builds confidence, discipline, and opportunity both on and off the court. I’m grateful for Tennacity and proud to support its incredible mission.

I have been a WeHo resident for 7 years and played tennis regularly at Plummer Park for 2 years, participating in clinics and tournaments. Tennacity has done an outstanding job running the program, serving and building the community. I am recently retired and will be spending more time on the courts where I have met many likeminded and fun people. Tennacity pros and staff are highly encouraging of players of all levels and very service-oriented seeking our feedback to always improve. Bravo!

Tennacity has been an anchor at Plummer Park. It has provided great facilities for tennis and pickleball players alike. The area has become considerably safer - especially for females who play tennis at night. It's given us a great community, and coaches like Dan Gold have been instrumental in helping players and skills improve. It's a gift to the community, and we need the programs this gives the community.
