Yes to lower speed limits in WeHo! Over the summer, I commuted to a job in Santa Monica and I noticed how much safer Santa Monica Blvd. and Wilshire Blvd. were after crossing the Los Angeles-Santa Monica border. Santa Monica's speed limits are lower by 5 mph, which allows drivers more time and space to see pedestrians in crosswalks and react accordingly. WeHo similarly has many crosswalks along SMB and pedestrian (and cyclist/scooter) safety will improve with a lower speed limit.
