I support the Ad-Hoc Subcommittee's recommendation to start fresh on a new Plummer Park Master Plan and revoke previously adopted Master Plans for the park. I also agree with the recommended Phase I approach of launching a community engagement campaign, updating the needs assessment, and creating an analysis of park programming and amenities -- all of which would factor into Phase II of the process. Side note: The City's outreach and public input efforts have improved in the last few years!
