CARTER]: SUBJECT: The City Council will consider adopting a Resolution recognizing the month of April as Fair Housing Month in the City of West Hollywood, to commemorate the landmark 1968 Fair Housing Act, that prohibits discrimination in housing and promotes equal access to housing for all individuals, regardless of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, familial status, or disability.
