My general position is direct public ownership, or significant control, of public utilities is the best model. My only question is the exclusion of 5G households (I have Verizon 5G in WeHo West) from the analysis. It may be Verizon's install reach is too limited to be material for data analysis, but at their current offering, it is a substantial price improvement over Spectrum while being of equal service quality and lower infrastructure impact.
