LANGER]: SUBJECT: The City Council will consider reconvening the Ethics Reform Task Force to review ethics reforms for elected officials, appointed officials, City Hall staff, and those doing business with the City (including lobbyists and consultants). The Council will also provide direction on the Task Force's Statement of Work and consider creating a formal process for removing appointed officials.
