LANGER]: SUBJECT: The City Council will consider adopting a Resolution which proposes to modify the basis and method of levying assessments within the Sunset Strip Business Improvement District (BID) by establishing a new procedure for waivers of penalties and interest on delinquent assessments. It is recommended that the City Council proceed with adopting this resolution and set a date, time, and location for a public hearing to consider the proposed modifications.
