MONTENEGRO, R. SHARMA]: SUBJECT: The City Council will consider a Zone Text Amendment (ZTA) to simplify the approval process for Accessory Business Uses (ABUs) and Incidental Business Activities, fostering innovation, adaptability, and a broader mix of creative business models. The proposed ZTA aligns with the goals and objectives of the West Hollywood Small Business Initiative. The proposed Ordinance is categorically exempt from the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), pursuant to Sections 15061(b)(3) and 15378(b)(5) of the State CEQA Guidelines, as it has no potential for significant environmental impact.
