NORDMAN]: SUBJECT: The City Council will consider adopting a resolution recognizing the second Monday in October as Indigenous People's Day and replacing references to "Columbus Day" in the City's parking policies with "Indigenous People's Day." The resolution will also direct staff to update associated parking meter decals as part of a phased replacement process.
